Baxterdog Shopify Store Return Policy

Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers)
Return Process:

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at customer_service@baxterdog.com or (949) 220-2423. They will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item due to damage or defect, please contact us within the return period. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the same item is not available, we will provide a full refund.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll address and rectify the situation promptly.
